I am an experienced mental health counselor, educator, and the creator of Core Attachment Therapy©. I have been in private practice for over 30 years in Meredith, NH. I specialize in play therapy and teach several classes for Granite State College. I have conducted home studies for Waypoint Services for families interested in domestic and international adoptions, until 2022. I was a member of the New Hampshire Attorney General's Mental Health Providers for those impacted by homicide crimes, until 2019. In addition, I am a Certified Advanced Trainer for the Nurtured Heart Approach® and am listed in Who's Who in 1987, 1989, and 2004. I am honored to have received the International Peace Prize from the United Cultural Center in 2005, and most recently, was selected as an Honorary Member of the Nationwide Registries Women of Distinction (2023). On a more personal note, I adopted my daughter Nara in 1995, at age 6 from Russia.
